The TVA evaluator could find no programmatic deficiencies af ter revie ing the appropriate procedures Safeguards Legs, ai'd cen0ucting intervie s with PSS and Document Control persennel.

Tre TVA evaluater, therefere, concluded that the concern was not valid.

Cemelusien Tse NRC staff believes that TVA a p p re;,ri a t ely and adequately resolved both of these concerns. TVA addressed the issue' by referencing Correct NRC recuire ents.

The TVA report is verifiable anti no open items nor correcthe acticns are outstanding.
