j j
"Electrical control cabinets have been contaminated by ecnstruction i
dirt unc'. metal grindings.
This contamination entered the panels j
through the cooling vents on the top of the panels.
This is, a plant 4
wide problem, because of the heavy build-ups of dust and retal l
particles that have been allowed to accumulate on top of equipment, r
)
This ;ould cause the contactor or other components to deteriorate and t
blow out or become inoperative. A specific location given is Auxiliary Building, 757 ft, elevatio't, unit unknown."
