A more careful analysis of the task I have plate before the Comanche Peak Review Group leads me to conclude that an additional 2 weeks will be required for the group to conclude their task, and another 2 weeks will be required for y revtew. Consequently, I expect to have my final conclusions before the Comission by April 1,1987.

In addition, because of the impending retirement of John Davis. I am replacing him as Chairman of the Review Group with Guy Arlotto effective February 10, 1987. Mr. Davis has done an extremely competent job in organizing the review.

I am confident that his replacement at this time by Mr. Arlotto will not effect the efficient conclusion of this effort.
