Markley Au hf To SFG Subject Proposed Rule: Misc. Changes to Part 72 Voice Mail message received Friday Janurary 30th from outside caller Alice Hurd, 419-243-5050.
She inquired about subject rule when comment period would end.
Currently, the proposed rule is in office concurrence.
The part of the rule concerning use of natural or depleted uranium for spent day fuel storage casks is expected to be deferred until re-evaluation of all exemptions for source or byproduct material is completed in FY or Calendar Year 1998.
