Dear Sir:
A notice was published in the Federal Register of January 13, 1968, announcing the hearing on the application for a provisional construction permit for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear, Power Plant to be built by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
The hearing is to be held at 10:00 a.m. _ local time, on February 20, 1968 in the San Luis Obispo City Hall, Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California 93401, to consider the application filed by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
Pursuant to the provision of Section 2.715 of the Cocnission's "Rules of Practice" I hereby request permission for Mr. Edward J. Legan to make a limited appearance on behalf of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for the purpose of making an oral or written statement supporting the application for a provisional construction permit by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Docket No. 50-275.
