In accordance with recently established procedures, the Atomic Energy Cossaission has forwarded to the Facific Gaa and Electric Company a copy of the W. S. Fish and Wildlife Report containing consents and recommendations on both radiological and non-radiological effects of the proposed operation of a nuclear power reactor at the applicant's Diablo Canyon site located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
A copy of Dr. Morris' letter of September 15, 1967, to.the appli-cant is enclosed for your information. You will note that copies of the september 15th letter, together with the Fish and Wildlife Eeport have been sent to the appropriate stata and local officials in California.
