LIST OF FALSE MATERIAL STATEMENTS FROM MISSISSIPPI POWER AND LIGHT i

I At your request, I've inquired as to the existence of a list of all errors comitted by Mississippi Pcwer and Light in its application for a license for Grand Gulf.

I could not find a comprehensive list. However, to the extent that the utility identified errors in the technical specifications in an April 19, 1984 letter, and that j

any enforcement actions now under consideration by NRC would identify specific acts, there should be partial listings of false material statements.
