Dear Mr. Sholly:
This is in partial response to your letter dated February 9,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA),
copies of specified documents and certain records related to meetings, which were noted in the NRC staff listing entitled "TMI Action Plan Steering Group Chronology".
At this time, we are placing in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) for your inspection and copying the documents listed in your letter as numbers 2, 6, 8, 9,12, 20, 21, 22, and 24, as iden'ified on enclosed Appendix A.
You may obtain access to these documents by either presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or requesting folder F01A-82-92 filed under your name.
The NRC has already made available in the POR the following documents:
1.
Document No. 5.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on February 22, 1982, you stated that you have located this document in the PDR.
2.
Document No.10 is filed in folder F01A-81 -405 as item No. 4 of category six of our letter dated November 12, 1981.
3.
Document No. 18 was revised (the original document cannot be located upon a search of pertirent files) and became an appendix to NUREG-0660.
4.
Document No. 23, SECY-80-230, is filed among other SECY papers in the PDR.
The NRC is continning to search for and review documents subject to your request.
We will notify you as soon as search and review are completed.
