The enclosure to this letter identifies information which we require in addition to that identified in our January 28, 1982. letter.

We request that you sugly the requested infomation to us within 30 dqys of receipt of 'his letter. Picase send a full submittal to c

Enclosure REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT AND TMI ACTION PLAN INSTALLED EQUIPMENT 1.

a.

The correlation of the installed TMI equipment items with the specific sections of NUREG-0737 is requested, b.

Identification of all TMI Action Plan equipment installed after 1/1/81 is requested.

c.

The approximate installation date for the TMI Action Plan equip-ment items is requested so that the appropriate qualification criteria (NUREG-0588 or D0R Guidelines) can be used in the EEQ evaluation.

2 The qualification documents, e.g., the actual test reports and associated correspondence cited as evidence of qualification listed on the SCEW sheets, for all identified TMI Action Plan equipment are requested.

[The identification of those reports considered to be proprietary is requested so that proper control of documents can be maintained.]

Where the Licensee has a standard Owners' Group position with respect to NUREG-0737 technical area or has requested extensions of implementation dates, this infonnation is requested in order to incorporate it into the review.
