SUBJECT:

ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT - EXTENSION OF TIME TO REQUEST A HEARING Our letter of 'anuary 16, 1981 proposed that we hold your request of January 8,1981, on the subject, in abeyance until thirty (30) days af ter the issuance of the Safety Evaluations. Your letter of January 29, 1981 accepted our proposal. We have recently issued these Safety Evaluations.

Please inform us within ninety (90) days of the issuance of the Safety Evaluation for the facility, whether you intend to request a hearing.

If you request a hearing, please advise us of the specific issues you wish to raise in the proceeding.
