This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. R.' C. Stewart and M. W. Dickerson of this office on November 7-8, 1974, of your con-L struction activ,ities authorized by Section 50.10(e)3 of 10 CFR Part 50 (LWA-2) for the Comanche Peak Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspectors with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures',

representative records, interviews with project personnel, and obser-vations by the inspectors.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.

Six new unresolved items resulted from this inspection and are identi-i fied in Section III of the summary of the enclosed report. These items will be examined during subsequent inspections.

In accc,rdance with Section 2. 790 of the ACC'r " Rules of Practice",

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulauions, o copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the AEC's Public Document Room. If this report contains any information that you believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you submit a written application to this office, within 20 days of the date of this letter, requesting that such information be withhel'd from public disclosure.
