Docket Nos. 50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) DESIGN BASELINE AND VERIFICATION PROGRAM (DBVP)
Enclosed is the program plan for DBVP in use at BFN which was described during the December 9,
1986 DBVP meeting.
This program plan also contains the requested listing of systems currently within the scope of the DBVP.
The work that has been done to date is in accordance with the enclosed program plan and may be reviewed as such.
Since the program is now in progress, many items in the enclosure referenced i.n the future tense are actually underway or completed, However, please note that some revisions to the program are being made and the revised program will be forwarded to your office by mid-April.
The above-mentioned list of systems may also be adjusted as a result of further discussions associated with the February 25, 1987 letter from R.
M. Bernero (NRC) to S. A. White (TVA) regarding the BFN Probabilistic Risk Asssessment.
