Revision 3, written for clarification, was an internal document and was not distributed to NRC. A copy of the revision 3 log is enclosed for your information.
Revision 4 provides a detailed explanation regarding the DBVP essential calculation effort specifically discussed in the docketed revision 2 DBVP plan, section 4.1.4.
Revision bars have been added to revision 4 to facilitate your review.
TVA believes that revision 4 provioes sufficient information to enable your staff to prepare a safety evaluation report (SER) on the DBVP.
