SAFETY EVALUATION RELATING TO STEAM LINE RUPTURE DETECTION AND ISOLATION SYSTEM AND AMENDMENT NO. 50 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-34 By letter dated January 15, 1987,ine Rupture Detection and Isolation Systemwe issue the Fort St. Vrain (FSV) Steam L (SLRDIS).
By letter dated February 26, 1987, we issued Amendment No. 50 to FSV, concerning the Technical Specifications for SLRDIS.
Subsequently, your staff has informally requested minor changes to these SEs to clarify certain aspects of the SLRDIS installation and operation.
We have reviewed these changes and found that they do not change our overall conclusions about SLRDIS, but should be corrected.
Thus we have issued a revised version of the January 15, 1987 SE, and a supplemental SE concerning the February 26, 1987 license amendment.
These documents are enclosed.
