I agree that the example is no good but he can probably use the administrative change example. This is a classic administrative change.

Its the two tech specs which intend to accomplish the same job and have similar but not exactly

. the same language and this is a correction for the purpose of using consistent language throughout the technical specifications.

It seems to me like he should be able use that example.

If so, why don't you suggest that he use it and you close out the package. Let Annie kn when you close it out.
