Dear Ms. Chen:

By letter dated August 28, 2023 [l], NRC staff documented a Second Round Request for Additional Information to support review of HI-STORM 100 amendment request 1014-16. The response to the RAI is provided in Attachment 1. Changes to the FSAR as a result of these RAis are included in Attachment 2. Attachment 3 contains a proprietary document supporting the RAI responses.

Since Attachment 3 to this letter contains proprietary information, an affidavit requesting this information be withheld in accordance with 1 0CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 4.
