Dear Ms. Chen:

By letter dated January 4, 2023 [1], Holtec responded to the NRCs request for additional information (RAIs) [2] needed to complete their review of HI-STORM 100 Amendment 16 to the Certificate of Compliance No. 1014. Holtec indicated that we would provide an additional supporting document for the RAI responses. This letter contains that additional supporting document in Attachment 1.

Since Attachment 1 contains proprietary information, an affidavit requesting this information be withheld in accordance with 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 2.
