for 1/31/75, an ACRS s=he===ittee on 2/18/75 and an ACRS full commaittee on 3/7/75. This schedule would support the estimated fuel load date of 10/15/73r h e UsGB letter of 1/28/75 implies that significantly higher accellerations are appropriate. On 1/31/75 we met with the USGS to discuss their concerne, some of which were new to us. As a result we were unable to complete our evaluation of this subject for inclusion in the SER supplement published on 1/31/75.

On 2/3/75 we learned that the ACRS will not consider Diablo Canyon at the March full commaittee meeting but will go ahead with the 2/18/75 subcomunittee meeting.

i We are pursuing a resolution of these concerns with the applicant and our i

consultant, USGS. His will result in a schedule slip of at least one month.
