'v Test Summary Report Condenser Vacuum and Water Box Priming 1CP-AT-27-01 STE:

W.J. Turk This test commenced September 23, 1982 and was completed January 25','i~9'83.

Unavailability of the Main Condenser due to Turbine Generator Lube Oil Flush precluded timely accomplishment.

SOP-309A Rev. O was reviewed and is adequate. Overall performance of the system was good.

Problems encountered were:

A.

Non-availability of Main Condenser:

During the entire test period only 1 day was available f or testing.

The majority of this time was used in fixing leaks.

CP1-CVVPMC-02 was out of commission during this period which prevented completion of the test by procedure. TFD's 10, 11 and 12 were written to complete the test by using a Veloseter to measure hogging and holding capability of each pump.

TDR #580 - During conduct of Main Conden,ser Vacuum Breaker Test,-

sn observed value of 3.81n. Hg ABS Vice 1 in. ABS precluded close-out of this section.

Failure to C3,.

obtain vacuum was due to lack of circulating water and unindentified leaks. TDP #3 was written to prove Main Condenser Integrity. The step per TPD #13 was l

performed satisfactory.

There are not open items.

Th System Test Engineer recommends approval of the test as performed.
