The purpose of this Procedure is to establish a method of receivi ng and processing Startup Work Permits (SWP) originated by TUGC0 Startup.

3.0 PROCEDURE 3.1 SWP ISSUANCE TUGC0 Quality Engineering Supervi sor or designee will receive a copy of the SWP (See Attachment 1) as initiated by TUGC0 Startup, per Reference 1-A.

3.2 QUALITY ENGINEERING REVIEW Upon receiving the SWP, the Quality Engineer shall review the documents and provide applicable QC inspection attributes, hold points, etc. as deemed necessary for the scope of the work. If applicable, the SWP shall then be routed through the Site ANI for ANI hold point speci fications.

The SWP will then be forwarded to TUGC0 Startup,

dich will submi t it to the appropriate construction group for action.

3.3 QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS Upon notification during rewort,

the Quality Control Inspector shall perfonn the required inspections of items, camponents, etc. and doctsnent the inspection results on the SWP.

If applicable, the QC Inspector shall then noti fy i

the Site ANI for inspection of ANI holdpoints.
