Dear Mr. Williams:
In accordance with the referenced letters, enclosed are five copies of the subject NRC Form 189 documents.
Pursuant to verbal discussions with the DOE-ID and NRC Technical Monitors, the funding levels for A6819 and A6821 have been established at 5632K and $255K, respectively, rather than the $332X and $155K authorized in the referenced letters. Both increases were made in order to cover work scope for the Comanche Peak plant, since the referenced letters cover the Waterford plar.t only. The work scope in A6819 has been written to include assistance to the NRC in evaluating allegation of mismanagement at the Comanche Peak plant.
