ULNRC-2573 CALLAWAY PLANT DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 REVISION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SECTION 6,
" ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS" Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.
This amendment application requests a revision to Technical Specification Section.6 to reflect the change in the-title " General
-Manager, Nuclear Operations" t> "Vice President, Nuclear Operations."
This change does not reduce the overall base of experience nor the commitment to minimum qualifications.
The duties, reporting relationships, and approval responsibilities are not altered by this change.
The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and the Nuclear. Safety Review Board have reviewed and approved-this amendment application.
Attachments 1 through 4 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation, and Environmental Consid-eration, respectively.
It has been determined that this amendment application does not-involve any unreviewed safety question as-defined in 10CFR50.59 nor a significant hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
