Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) has received and reviewed your Safety Evalua-tion Report on the above subject, dated January 6,1983.
As requested, FPC hereby commits to install a source range neutron flux moni-tor as part of the process monitoring instrumentation at the dedicated shut-down panel. This monitor will be installed in conjunction with the dedicated shutdown panel installation to take place during Refuel V which is scheduled for the Spring 1985.
