who feels:
1.
Diablo Canyon power plant is unsafe.
Recently discovered design flaws imply the possibility of other undiscovered hazards.
2.
The power is not needed.
Reduced consumption on the part of all consumers has made power supplies adequate.
3 Nucleur power plarfs are a hazard to public sa fe ty.
The unresolved problem of radioactive waste disposal is critical.
The sta#,gering cost of the Diablo Canyon nucleur power plant is regrettable, and will ultimately be borne by us, the consumers.
However, the cost is cheap compared to the possible loss of life and property if Diablo opens.
Please rescind Diablo's low power license.
