a review of ycur Technical Specifications related to surveillance tests perfort.ed to verify that control rods are coupled indicates a need for revision to your existing Surveillance F.cquirerents to include the control rod pull tes t described in your dovetLer 12, 1974 report, "Dresden Station Unit 1 - Control nod Oncouplint".
It is our opinica that the existing Specification 4.3.L.1 does not provide sufficient coupling verification, hence ndditional tests are required.
