APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Docket No. 50-247 Consolidated Edison Company License No. DPR-26 Indian Point Unit 2 As a result of the inspection conducted on NovemW 29 through December 3,1982, and in accordance with the USNRC Enforcement Policy, 47 FR 9987 (March 9,1982) the following violation was identified.
The Indian Point Unit 2, Physical Security Plan, Chapter 1, Paragraph 1.2,
" Security Organization," requires that written procedures detail individual responsibilities for security personnel and that the procedures be maintained and followed.
