SUBJECT:
CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR REQUEST DATED JUNE 14, 1989, AND SUPPLEMENTS DATED NOVEMBER 8 AND DECEMBER 1, 1989 By letter dated June 14, 1989, as supplemented November 8, and December 1, 1989, ANF requested ari amendment to License No. SNM-1227 to reflect a change in the functional organizational structure and to clarify the contamination limits for reuse of laundered clothing.
These administrative and organizational changes will not adversely effect the public health and safety or the environment.
Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
