The Nuclear ?egulatory Ccmission (the Ccmission) has found that:

A.

The application for acendment cy Cmaha Public Power District (the licensee) notarized August 22, 1977, as revised by letters dated Septe-ter 3 and 23, and ?lovener 20, 1978, cocolies with the standards and reouirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1951, as arended (tne Act) and :S* C0 mission's rules and Ngulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapts.';

The facility will operate in confomity with the applicatien, a'

the provisions of the Act, ;nd the rules and regulations of the Cemission; C.

The7 is reasonable assurance (1) that the activities authorized by this amnc:ent can be conducted without encangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conoucted in ::moliance with the Comissicn's regulations; J.

The issuance of this amencment will not be inimical to the comen defense and security or to de health and safety of the puolic; ano I.

The issuance of this amencment is in accordance with 10 CFR.33rt 51 of tne Ccmission's regulaticns and all applicable requimnts have been satisfied.

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendices A and B, as revised through Amendment No. 46, are hereby incorporated in th' license. The licensee shall operate the faci'ity in accordance with the Technical Specifications.

This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance.
