Licensing SPECIAL REPORT ON 1996 INSERVICE INSPECTION OF STEAM GENERA TOR TUBES Enclosed is a Special Report on the Palisades steam generator tube inservice inspection which was completed on November 28, 1996. Palisades Technical Specification 6.6.9b requires that this report be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commision within 12 months following completion.
Our letter dated December 6, 1996, reported that four tubes were plugged in Steam Generator E-50A and no tubes were plugged in Steam Generator E-50B as a result of the inspection.
SUMMARY
OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
