_STEAM GENERATOR TUBE SURVEILLANCE REPORT - TUBES PLUGGED Palisades Technical Specification 6.6.9a requires that the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the NRC within fifteen days following the completion of an inservice inspection of steam generator tubes. On November 28, 1996, an inservice inspection of the Palisades steam generator tubes was completed.
A total of four tubes were plugged in Steam Generator E-50A on November 28, 1996.
No additional tubes were required to be plugged in Steam Generator E-50B as a result of this inspection. The total number of tubes plugged in Steam Generator E-50A is 313.
The total number of tubes plugged in Steam Generator E-50B is 309.
