This confirms our telephone authorization given on October 18, 1985, for the changes in the Technical Specifications for the Washington Public Power Supply System Unit 2, as requested in your letter of October 17, 1985.
Facility Operating License NPF-21 is hereby amended by changing the Technical Specifications exactly as requested in your letter of October 17, 1985.
Copies of the license amendment and safety evaluation for these Technical Specification changes will be sent to you when completed.
