By letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated March 14.2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12082A009).
Carolina Power &Light Company. doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc.,
submitted Relief Request (RR)-1 "Pressurizer Surge Line Nozzle Inner Radius" and RR-3 "Reactor Vessel Bottom Head Peel Segment-To-Disk Circumferential Weld" for the Inservice Inspection Program Plan for the Fifth 10-Year Interval for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant. Unit No.2.
By letter dated April 26. 2012. (ADAMS Accession No. ML12130A221), you requested to withdraw RR-1 and RR-3 from NRC review. The NRC acknowledges your request to withdraw RR-1 and RR-3. The NRC staff activities on the review have ceased and the associated Technical Assignment Control numbers has been closed.
