I am contacting you to lend my support to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating station and the review for continued operation. Palo -Verde has a tremendous positive impact for my constituents in Arizona L egislatiye-District {4byproyiding clean, reliable and low-cost energy.
In--these tridiblirig"'ecoii6hýmic times, that low-cost energy is especially important for my constituents.
Families around the Valley are pinching pennies wherever they can and simply struggling to get by.
Where they might once have been wondering what expenditures they could afford, now they are troubled simply trying to keep the lights on. Palo Verde keeps their energy costs lower than alternative measures, and helps ensure they are able to light their homes.
That reliable and low: cost energy is just as important to businesses as it. 'is to homeowners. With larger utility -expense costs, the'difference Palo::Verde makes for manybusinesses Can-be great. In addition, the reliability of the power Supplied by APS ensures that businesses are never tlosed due toa failing energy infrastructure. This is extremely attractive for new businesses looking to locate to Arizona.
