To provide Constellation Energy Group time to discuss their approach to the Recovery Plan for Nine Mile Point, Units 1 and 2, (NMP) License Renewal activities with the NRC staff. The NMP license renewal application was submitted by letter dated May 26, 2004. A copy of the license renewal application is available on the NRCs Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal/applications.html.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
