DC Sources - Shutdown 3.8.5 3.8 ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS 3.8.5 DC Sources - Shutdown The following DC electrical power subsystems shall be OPERABLE:

One Division 1 or Division 2 DC electrical power subsystem; and The Division 3 DC electrical power subsystem, when the Division 3 onsite Class 1 E DC electrical power distribution subsystem is required by LCO 3.8.9, "Distribution System - Shutdown."
APPLICABILITY:
MODES 4 and 5, During movement of irradiated fuel assemblies in the secondary containment, ACTIONS
-NOT LCO 3.0.3 is not applicable.
CONDITION REQUIRED ACTION COMPLETION TIME A.
One or more required A.1 Declare affected Immediately DC electrical power required feature(s) subsystems inoperable, inoperable.
OR A.2.1 Suspend CORE Immediately ALTERATIONS.
AND A.2.2 Suspend movement of Immediately irradiated fuel assemblies in the secondary containment AND (continued)
