Description

Commonwealth Edison committed to insert a condition into agreements for properties i

leased near LaSalle that would prohibit the use of anhydrous ammonia. The amendments were approved, in part, based on the reduced probability of having a release of anhydrous ammonia due to the material being prohibited from use on these properties

Contrary to the above, as of June 20, 2015, the leases reviewed by inspectors did not contain language prohibiting the use of anhydrous ammonia.
