License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Only One of Two Required ECCS Systems Operable Due to Inability to Complete Required Surveillance Procedure Reference: LER 82-092/03 L-0 AECM-82/527 With the plant in Cold Shutdown, the LPCS System was declared inoperable when Surveillance Procedure 06-0P-1E21-M-0001 could not be completed on schedule. This resulted in only one of the two required ECCS Systems being operable. This event is being reported per T.S.3.5.2 and T.S.6.9.1.13.b.
