LER-82-009/03 L-0 AECM-82/443 On July 8,1982, during a review of procedures, it was determined that the accumulated hours of operation for the Standby Gao Treatment System and Control Room f.mergency Filtration System were not being recorded per Technical Specification requirements. Without this data, charcoal adsorber conditions could not be properly checked. Attached is LER 82-009/03 L-0 with supplementary information.
