TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST - SHIFT CREW COMPOSITION Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a request for change to the Big Rock Point Technical Specifications. This l change request'is being submitted for clarification and to provide consistency with the exemption granted by the NRC by letter dated December 30,
( 1983 which exempts Big Rock Point from the requirement to have two Senior Reactor Operator Licenses on-shift. The inconsistency issue was raised by our. Senior Resident Inspector and this proposed change is submitted to resolve his concerns.
Pursuant to 10CFR170.12(c) a check in the amount of $150.00 was submitted with a Technical Specification Change Request dated September 3, 1985 which was subsequently withdrawn. By letter dated December 23, 1985 the NRC
', formed us that we could use the fee submitted with the withdrawn change request on a future application. It is our intention that this fee (check number 488241) be applied to this application.
