Dear Mr. Minahan:

This letter is to note a correction of a typing error in the enclosed previous letter of the same subject dated April 3, 2009. Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) was inadvertently left in the letter instead of the correct identification of the site, Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). Except for this oversight, there is no substantive change to the content of the letter of April 3, 2009.
