SUBJECT: LIMERICK GENERATING STATION - NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000352/2007404 AND 05000353/2007404
Dear Mr. Crane:
On February 12, 2007, the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission completed aninspection at your Limerick Generating Station Units 1 and 2. This inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to common defense and security, and to compliance with the Commission's Security Order. The inspection was based upon Temporary Instruction (TI) 2201/001 - Inspection of Additional Security Measures for Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC). The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results which were discussed on February 12, 2007, with Mr. Roy Harding and other members of your staff.Based on the results of this inspection, no violations were identified. No reply to this letter isrequired. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, itsenclosure, and your response (if any) will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system (ADAMS).
