The following changes to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 are proposed: - l 2.0.(1) ' Maximum Power Level is being revised'to read, "The licensee is not authorized to operate the reactor at any 1 power level." L 2.0.(4) Early Shutdown is being deleted in its entirety.
