OF PROPOSED CHANGES - .~ The following changes to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 are proposed: l 2.0.(1) ' Maximum Power Level is being revised'to read, "The licensee is not authorized to operate the reactor at any power level." L 1 2.0.(4) Early Shutdown is being deleted in its entirety.
