Inspection Summary:
Inspection on June 18 and 19, 1985 (Report No. 50-315/85018(DRSS);
50-316/85019(DRSS))
Areas Inspected: Included a review of two security events / incidents,
pertaining to vital area access control and one event pertaining to
reporting an incident to the NRC. The inspection involved 13 inspector
hours by one NRC inspector.
Results: Based on inspection findings, two apparent violations.were
identified.
1. Access Control - Personnel: Licensee failed to adequately control
access to a vital area such that on three occassions' barriers were
degraded and no compensatory measures were taken (Section 4).
2. Records and Reports: Licensee failed to notify the NRC of a
reportable physical security event (Section 3).
