Summarv Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 3 operated at essentially 100% power for the month of September, 2004, until the unit was shutdown for a scheduled refueling outage on September 26, 2004. Unit 3 was ramped down and manually tripped in accordance with plant procedures from approximately 30% power to commence the Cycle 21 refueling outage.
