The existence of the Hartment allegations were known as you state on Page 2.         The transcript was not avillable in the PDR to the best of my knowledge. There is a grave difference between knowing that a person a11 edged something and actually knowing the exact allegations.       As a lawyer you should know that not-so-subtle difference.
