The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results which were discussed on August 8, 2007, with Mr. K. Mulligan and others of your staff.This inspection examined activities conducted under your licenses as they relate to safety,common defense and security, and compliance with NRC Orders related to the transportation of radioactive material and the handling of safeguards information. The inspection was based upon Temporary Instruction (TI) 2201/001 - Inspection of Additional Security Measures for Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC). The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.Based on the results of this inspection, no violations were identified.
