Dear Mr. McHeekin:

Thank you for your response of September 20, 1996, to our Notice of Violation issued on August 23, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We have evaluated your response and found that.it meets the i requirements of 10 CFR 2 201. Subsequent discussions between your staff and i the NRC indicate that additional corrective actions are being taken to address this violation. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future inspections.
