:This refers to the in-office inspection conducted from August 31 - September 5, 2007, for theHatch Nuclear Plant located in Baxley, G The purpose of the inspection was to verify thatyour program to transport or deliver to a carrier for transportation, items containing radioactivematerials quantities of concern (RAMQC) has effectively implemented the additional security measures (ASM) imposed by U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Order EA-05-007,
"Imposing Additional Security Measures on the Transportation of RAMQC," issued July 19, 2005, and to verify that the Safeguards Information - Modified Handling (SGI-M) protection requirements specified in NRC Order EA-04-0191, "Imposing Requirements for the Protection of Certain Safeguards Information," issued November 5, 2004, have been successfully incorporated into your information protection strateg At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with members of your staff. Areas examined during the inspection included physical security protection program Withinthese areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progres Based on the results of this inspection no findings were identified.

This refers to the in-office inspection conducted from August 31 - September 5, 2007, for the Hatch Nuclear Plant located in Baxley, GA.
