The significance of this finding was determined to be White, a finding with low to moderate safety significance. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. | ||
Based on the guidance in Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0305, the NRC staff will perform a 95001, Supplemental Inspection for One or Two White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area. This inspection is scheduled for the week of December 3, 2007. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during this inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained. | |||
